Overview: Being a young start-up can be tough, add on the testing phase of your concept when feedback can be naughty or nice. Tributaries is a start-up providing social career discoveries that actively suggest small steps to help professionals reach larger career goals.
Intention: AG was invited to the party after the website was launched to provide the overall campaign strategy and direction for testing website functionality. Working with the startup’s founder, Kenny, and The Label Collective, we developed an email campaign, writing survey questions, setting up feedback loops, and laid out expectations and details to launch and gather testing information. We were pleased with the click through rates and responses received.
Outcome: We worked on several content drafts, analyzing the effectiveness of the language and feedback it would trigger. The email design and layout was drafted, and surveys were drafted, and re-written. After launch, we were pleased to see the open rate and click thru response from recipients, providing the founder with information necessary to move forward in making progress.
